We dined here before going on a tour. I loved it so much!!! We tried a drink that was the best I've had. Can't remember the name of it but it's amazing!!! I highly recommend it here. Ambiance was everything .

Food was good and priced appropriately. The wait staff were great and very friendly. They need more staff to work during their busy time. We waited almost 30 minutes just to get our first round of drinks. It wasn't really their fault. They only had 4 servers for a restaurant that was about 90% full.

A fun lunch spot for tourists to enjoy the view of the market. Make sure you have a reservation as they are usually busy. The portions decently sized for the price point. We enjoyed the fishwich, cornmeal catfish sandwich and the Dungeness crab roll. All the seafood was delightfully fresh. Treat yourself to the seafood chowder $4 side dish upgrade. It's worth it!

Brunch at Matt's in the Market, located near Seattle's iconic Pike Place Market, was a delightful experience. Our server was attentive and shared the daily specials and answered any of our questions regarding the menu. The fishwich, featuring halibut, served with a side of mixed greens was absolutely delicious. The French dip paired with a creamy potato salad thatwas hearty and flavorful. The mixed greens, topped with pepitas and blue cheese, with a side of rich pork chowder, was great for a light brunch. All perfectly performed and satisfying for scenic brunch in Seattle.

The place was a tad hard to find but was really awesome inside. Overlooks the market signs and water, open kitchen, SUPER nice server- she crushed it but I don't recall her name! I ordered the scallops and they were so perfect! My group also ordered the lamb and the halibut and there were nothing but smiles when we all tasted our food. Definitely coming back!

Great place! Little hard to find, I think we walked past their sign a handful of times due to the don't/writing being difficult to read. It's nice inside, friendly staff. I got the meatloaf burger with clam chowder. We seated next to a window and had a front row seat to the market sign. Would definitely go back.

My family really enjoyed having lunch at Matt's in the Market due to location it's understandably its favored by tourists. However, locals favoring fresh ingredients will quickly grow an appreciation for the rotating seasonal chalkboard menu as feature dishes change throughout the course of the day based on ingredient availability. Jermey, and Abagail yielded excellent service I felt like I was amongst old acquaintances. Everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic, and the atmosphere was exactly how one would expect having lunch on a rainy cool day at Pike Pl would be (cinematic/Sleepless in Seattle.) I highly recommend planning ahead and making a reservation, provide a proper headcount and give the team an idea of your have a preference of where you would like to sit so they can best accommodate and plan ahead for the guests following your visit. I will definitely return, and highly recommend!

Really cute spot! For being in the market is one of the few places that is not a tourist trap. Salads and seafood items are really good. But whatever you do do not get the chicken sandwich! very underwhelming.
